Sean Renner worked as an additional music composer, string arranger/orchestrator, and synthesizer and electronics performer on the film Fair Play with composer Brian McOmber (of the Grammy-nominated band Dirty Projectors).

An unexpected promotion at a cutthroat hedge fund pushes a young couple's relationship to the brink, threatening to unravel far more than their recent engagement.

Fair Play was directed by Chloe Domont and stars Phoebe Dynevor (Bridgerton) and Alden Ehrenreich (Solo: A Star Wars Story, Oppenheimer, Hail Cesar!), The film was produced by Rian Johnson (Knives Out, Star Wars: The Last Jedi) and his T-Street/MRC Films banner. Fair Play premiered to widespread critical acclaim at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, and was sold to Netflix in a record-breaking Sundance deal.​
