A failing, morally compromised bond trader is so desperate to live up to his notion of manhood that he is goaded into making a fateful bet. Ultimately, after being forced on the run, he makes a devastating discovery about the circumstances of his life.

Double down combines a sweeping, icy orchestra; pulsing, gritty electronics and percussion; and heartfelt, organic pianos and synthesizers. The sound palette illustrates torment of the psychological and emotional struggles of the protagonist, Vincent, as he struggles to keep tries to save his career, his marriage, and ultimately his own life.
